It was a sparse field of participants this morning in Lillehammer, only five girls jumped during the Plastmesterskap. Last year's champion, Nora Midtsundstad, was competing at the Inter-Continental Cup in Stams, so it was certain there was gonna be a new winner.

Thea Minyan Bjørseth came out the gate swinging, winning every round. She jumped 89 and 88 meters during the training and trial rounds. During the competition, she stepped up even more and finished the first round on top with a 94 meter jump on the K90 hill. In round two, she jumped even further, landing at 96,5 meters. It was clear victory for the talented jumper.

Thea was joined on the podium by her Hopplandslaget teammates Anna Odine Strøm and Silje Opseth. Both had a strong performance as well, but it wasn't good enough to catch up with the new champ. Anna jumped 87,5 and 94 meters, securing the second place. Silje finished third, jumping 85 and 91 meters.

Ingvild Synnøve Midtskogen and Marie Liane complete the list. The talented rookie, finished fourth after jumping 82 and 81,5 meters. Marie came in last with two 51 meter jumps.

Tomorrow at 11:00, the Plastmesterskap will continue on the large hill.
